I always have a deep feeling of nostalgia when returning there.  My English grand-mother,  whom raised me the first four years of my life before I moved out to another city, lived just by the station.  I could hear the sound of trains going and coming in the morning.  The whistling. The trains crossing sound. From April to May 1944, the Germans bombed the city endlessly in the hope to destroy the station, which was a major platform in the railroad system during WWII.  They failed.  It's still up nowadays.  When I first heard "Innocent World" by Joseph Arthur, the sound I'm feeling the most nostalgic about is playing precisely at the 16th second.   I like trains.
